Individual Training


We offer complete 3, 6 and 12 month training packages.  All packages include nutritional guidance and personalized diet plans, individual program design with ongoing assessments and evaluations as well as providing you with an exercise program to do when you are not at 1 On One Fitness.  Based on your goals and commitment level, we will help you pick the package that best suits you.

Boot Camp Classes: 

These are group classes that combine a combination of weight lifting, body weight exercises and cardio.  They are high intensity but designed so that you can workout at your own pace.  Whether you are in great shape and looking for a challenge or a beginner looking to improve your physical condition, Boot Camp can give you just what you are looking for!  


Boot Camp Schedule

Sunday 8 a.m.

Wednesday 6 p.m.


Drop in fee = $20

Pay up front for 4 or more sessions = $15 per class.


Special Event Training

We offer team training for special events such as The Tough Mudder, Spartan Race, marathons and triathalons.  These training classes are specifically designed for each event including obstacle courses, strength training, endurance, and nutritional counseling.  Get your event group together and contact us to schedule a group consult so we can design your program and have you ready to not just complete your race or event, but to conquer it! 


Small Group Classes and Couples Training

1 On One Fitness can design a workout program for a small group of friends or for couples that are looking to work out together and keep each other motivated to meet individual fitness goals.  Whether you are looking to get into shape for your wedding, class reunion, or to enjoy working out with your friends,  our trainers will design a  program that will meet the needs of each person in your group in a fun and upbeat class that is different each week and focuses on the goals of your group.  This is a great way to get into shape, have fun and get the benefits of a one-on-one work out in a small group setting. 

Postpartum Training/Exercise

Some women benefit from personal training in order to return to her pre-pregnancy fitness level.  Once you are released by your doctor, we can design a program that includes a combination of core, stability, cardio and strength training at levels that are safe for your post-partum recovery with the goal of gradually increasing the intensity until you have your pre-pregnancy body back. 

Biggest Loser Contest

We can come to your office and host a biggest loser contest with the employees.  We will teach your employees how to eat right, exercise with minimal equipment and do cardiovascular exercise in the most efficient way.  We will chart their independent progress so they have a sense of accountability.  (Please call for more specific details on hosting a biggest loser contest)


Corporate Training

One of our trainers will come to your facility and hold group classes or individual training sessions.  It is preferred that the facility has their own workout area that is equipped for this service. (Please call to discuss details and pricing)
