About Jeff Bryan (Owner, Lead Trainer)

1 ON ONE FITNESS  opened its doors in 1998.  Our mission is to provide the best training service in the industry.  We value ourselves on our ability to design a safe and effective exercise program for each individual client.  We understand that every client has certain needs, goals and expectations.  Our goal is to design a program based on what your body needs, will be effective in helping you reach your goals, and that will exceed all of your expectations! 

We do this by educating you on lifestyle change.  At 1 ON ONE FITNESS the word lifestyle change is much more than a catch phrase.  We base our success on each client's ability to reach their goals while they are with us and to maintain them when they are away from our gym.  Think of 1 ON ONE FITNESS as the place that will give you the owner’s manual to your body! 

About Jeff, the Owner and Lead Trainer:  Jeff has been a full time certified trainer for the past 19 years.  He currently holds certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine(NASM) as a Certified Personal Trainer, Integrated Flexibility Specialist, and Corrective Exercise Specialist.  He is also a Level 1 Certified Crossfit Instructor.  He continues his education by taking advanced and specialty courses offered by some of the top educators in the industry.  He believes that his education in this field has been the backbone to his success as a fitness professional.
Jeff's programs are based around educating his clients on Synergy (a concern for muscle, moderate aerobic exercise, and eating right).  By mastering these three concepts, you will be in control of how you look, how you feel, and how your body functions.  He presses his clients to commit to the program, take responsibility, and follow through.  Jeff evaluates his own performance not only on his clients short term results, but on their long term success!
